This role helps make sure people who want to get involved actually find their place. As a Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll welcome new volunteers, connect them to opportunities that fit, and keep things organized so everyone knows where to show up and what to expect.

You might respond to inquiries, keep track of who’s helping with what, send reminders, help plan volunteer days, and take photos to capture and share what’s happening. A big part of the role is simply staying in touch—making sure people feel included, informed, and appreciated.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting people, keeping things organized, and helping others follow through on their desire to contribute. It’s less about managing and more about making it easy for people to say “yes” and step in.
