This role is all about creating meaningful, hands-on opportunities for our Neighbors to engage, create, and grow. As a Workshop Lead, you’ll design and facilitate simple, purposeful work—projects that invite participation, build confidence, and create a sense of ownership and pride.
Workshops might include creative projects, light production work, or skill-building activities. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s creating space for people to show up, try something new, and experience the dignity of meaningful work.
This is a creative role that benefits from someone who can think outside the box and adapt ideas to fit different people and situations. A background in art therapy or a related field is especially helpful, but not required.
This could be a great fit if you enjoy creating, working with your hands, and designing experiences that help others feel capable, valued, and engaged.
