This role offers steady, thoughtful support to individuals and families in the community. It might look like sitting down with someone who’s having a hard day, helping people process what they’re carrying, or connecting them to additional care when needed.
There may also be opportunities to create small group spaces or support staff in understanding how to respond well in different situations. The work is flexible and relational, shaped by what’s actually needed day to day.
We’re looking for someone with professional training who is also comfortable working in a setting that doesn’t always feel clinical. Someone who listens well, stays grounded, and cares about walking alongside people over time.
