This role is centered on building tiny homes at our Design Center—simple as that. You’ll be part of a team working with tools, following plans, and helping bring each home together piece by piece.

No two days look exactly the same. Some days you might be measuring and cutting, other days assembling or finishing details. There’s always something to learn, and plenty of opportunity to grow your skills along the way.

You don’t need a ton of experience to get started. If you’re willing to show up, learn, and work with your hands, we’d love to have you. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys practical work and likes seeing real progress at the end of the day.
