A house is four walls and a roof. A home is built by the hands and hearts of a community. At Settled, volunteers make a difference in countless ways—this video shows a team of 3M volunteers working together to move a neighbor’s deck—but there are all kinds of ways to be involved! Swinging hammers, wiring electrical, painting walls, cooking meals for our build crews, planting gardens, organizing materials, and so much more. Every skill and every hour helps create stability, dignity, and belonging for our neighbors experiencing homelessness.
Everyone brings something unique—our only requirement is a willing heart. Want to join in? Volunteers make home possible!
We have expanded our build days most Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with all tools provided and lunch served. Or, if construction isn’t really your thing, feel free to let us know what your area of interests are, and we’ll find a way to get you connected as we have opportunities!
