The Kinhouse is a family home designed to bring people together while still allowing for quiet retreat. An open living area and kitchen form the heart of the home, creating an easy, natural space for gathering and shared routines. At the center, built-in storage and a bathroom provide function and flow, separating the more active spaces from the bedrooms tucked at the far end—offering privacy and a sense of calm for rest.

Where will it be built?
Home Sponsors can participate in the home’s construction either at the Settled Design Center at Woodland Hills Church in Maplewood, MN, or at a location of their choosing. Builds located at a place other than our Design Center work great, they will just require coordination between Settled and the Home Sponsor.
