Where will it be built?

Home Sponsors can participate in the home’s construction either at the Settled Design Center at Woodland Hills Church in Maplewood, MN, or at a location of their choosing. Builds located at a place other than our Design Center work great, they will just require coordination between Settled and the Home Sponsor.

Supervise construction and secure inspection certification

Closeout financials on build

Identify construction lead to create schedule and oversee construction

Receive and provide dry, secure storage for build materials

Provide outdoor space for duration of build

Provide power tools and any needed equipment

Provide lunches (optional) and/or snacks and water for construction volunteers

Inform city of the project

Provide proof of Builder’s Risk insurance
